Have you booked places and dinner choices for you and your guests at the CSCC Dinner, Dance & Awards Night? If not, you have just one week left to submit your bookings! We have taken 160 bookings so far, it's going to be a superb night, with a fascinating guest speaker.

Our awards night takes place on the 22nd November 2025. Thursday 6th November is your final chance to submit our booking form, there can be no late entries, sorry: Booking Form

We have a number of proposed small changes to make to our club rules. These are designed to reflect changes in communication technology (we no longer use a fax), clarification of our not-for-profit status and making it easier to recruit internal committee positions at any point in the season. These changes will be voted on by members at the AGM: Draft November 2025 Club Rules

The AGM will be held in the Othello Room, at 10:30 on Sunday 23rd November, at Chesford Grange. You can find an agenda here: AGM Agenda

There are two members who have booked hotel rooms at the Chesford Grange, that are surplus to requirements. So, if you would like a room at the previously discounted rate, please contact the CSCC office (a room booking name can be changed).

It would be lovely to see you there to celebrate the end of the season.
