Following its successful 2020 debut, the series returns, with five UK rounds and support from sponsor Liqui Moly. If you are reading this and already know about the series please share with your racing friends, to help us grow.
Eligibility rules are simple: no sports racers, single seaters or Seven-type cars. As the title suggests cars run on slick or racing wet tyres. Drivers need to join the Classic Sports Car Club as members for just £39, with no registration fee. The Liqui Moly Slicks Series enjoys 30 minutes qualifying and a 40 minute pit stop race on the same day, with a typical entry fee unchanged from last year at £410, slightly more for our GP rounds.
Run as a series, rather than a championship, we insist on high driving standards and make it is easy to enter individual rounds to fit around your other racing commitments.
In what was a very short 2020 season we enjoyed an entry in excess of 20 cars at Donington Park.
Registered entries in 2020 included BMW, Porsche, Ginetta, Maserati, Seat and VW TCR, Ferrari, Lotus, Nissan GTR, TVR, Renault, Noble, Mustang, Talbot, Peugeot and Corvette. We already have more than 50 cars registered for 2021.

New for 2021
We have split our most popular class for cars over 3500cc, to better cater for older, or lower -powered cars. Other than that, no change, we've kept things simple. Our simple, one page regulations can be viewed on the series webpage: https://www.classicsportscarclub.co.uk/slicks-series
