Anglesey 'Coastal Classic' Enter Now

Updated: Mar 11, 2022

Entries, to our live streamed, Anglesey double header race meeting are now open.

We return to the Coastal layout on 14th/15th May, that includes one of the finest vistas of any race circuit, as you crest and then drop down the Corkscrew. This is just one part of the smooth, wide, 1.55 mile track, that has become many drivers favourites, according to some of your Facebook comments.

Every entry will enjoy a 25 minute qualifying session, a 30 minute pit-stop race and a 40 minute pit-stop race too, for one or two drivers as per usual.

Every driver, Official and Marshal will receive a dinner and soft drink voucher for the Saturday late afternoon/evening, in the circuit restaurant. This was very popular with you last year, with over 200 of you enjoying the atmosphere. Guests and team members are of course most welcome in the restaurant that evening, with food and drink available to buy.

Some creative timetabling will take place, in such a way as to try to avoid having any reserves; the shorter Coastal circuit has a smaller grid capacity and we don't want to disappoint those of you who want to go. The Gold Arts Magnificent Sevens have all their tracktime on Sunday, in recognition of this we will ensure that you are not last race on this occasion.

Whilst the Mintex Classic K series are not here this year, its competitors are most welcome to register their cars with the Adams & Page Swinging Sixties, as a second series and compete in the Dunlop tyre classes. Please get in touch with the office for instructions on how to do this and take advantage of the half price series registration.

Testing will be available on the 13th, this is booked directly with the circuit. Their website will shortly allow online booking, but for now please email testing@angleseycircuit.com and a member of the circuit team will email you back a booking form.

Whilst some Covid restrictions currently linger on in Wales, we are hopeful these will have disappeared by the time of our meeting, but we will of course advise you in any Final Instructions.

That's it for now, don't miss out! We say something similar every time we go to Anglesey, whilst for some of you it is a bit of a drive, please trust us and your peers that it is well worth the effort, for the quality of circuit, views and beaches.
