Enhancing your 2022 season

Your 2022 CSCC racing enjoyment will be boosted in a number of ways, with live streaming at selected rounds, social media, race reports, video highlights and professional photography.

With thanks to our series sponsors, all races from the following CSCC meetings will be live streamed on Youtube and Facebook: Snetterton, Anglesey, Castle Combe, Donington and Silverstone. In addition, our Liqui Moly Slicks race (supporting British GT) at Donington in May, will also be live streamed.

These rounds were chosen so that all series are featured at different times of the season. Anglesey circuit is not often broadcast, which we think is a shame, it's a brilliant circuit, we hope that this footage may encourage members to join us there in the future. Please follow/subscribe to our main Facebook page and Youtube channel now. You can find previous live streams on our Youtube channel, such as this one, from our October 2021 Silverstone GP round.

Joseph Perry (not to be confused with 'our' lady Jo in the office) is back with us for a second full season, taking over our social media accounts at each race meeting. If you didn't already know, in addition to the clubs main Facebook page, each of our eleven race series has their own Facebook group, plus a group for our RX-8s and Marshals too. You can find a link to your group within each of our series pages. Every so often we'll post on our Instagram and Twitter accounts too, although Facebook is our main focus.

Marc Peters will once again be editing together fantastic video highlights after each event (including Spa), recording the memories and essence of our race events. Look back at our 2021 end of season highlights below, for a reminder of just how good Marc's work is.

David Stallard will start his 13th season as our official photographer, capturing every car in every single UK session, through his long lens. You won't ever find David pressuring you to buy photos in the paddock, he's too busy snapping away on the circuit, whatever the weather. Instead, you can view and buy David's photos from the comfort of home, just a day or two after each meeting, via his website.

Experienced journalist, Marcus Pye has kindly agreed to write us condensed race reports at our Thruxton, Donington and Silverstone meetings. His words and experience bring to life an event in a way that no image or video can.

His Autosport colleague, Mark Paulson will write us meeting report highlights at Anglesey, Oulton Park and Cadwell Park. Thank you gentlemen. We will email members these reports the week following the meeting.

Our intrepid reporters will do their best to focus on cars from up and down the grids, but in order to keep the reports interesting and a sensible length we hope members understand that it's impossible to cover all 400+ drivers per meeting (that's where the live streaming comes in).

It's shaping up to be a great season, see you all soon.
